The characteristics of the combined boring system

In a combined boring system, the integral boring shank is divided into a shank and a shank portion that can be fabricated into standard modules. By using the middle rod, it is also easy to adapt to changes in workpiece specifications:

1. Achieve strong end face contact and high torque transmission using a unique two-way clamp and keying method. The tightening torque of the double clamping screw is 1.8 times higher than that of the single clamping screw system .

2. The unique clamping system removes variations in the size of the blade set by the gap.

3. For ease of assembly, the shank and the intermediate rod provide guide members. This is especially effective when assembling mechanically.

4. The blade position can be assembled so that it is always in the same stage as the keyed slot.

5. Since the mounting direction can be changed by 180 degrees, the yaw precision in multi-stage assembly is improved.
